Micro Macro World... Pattern Development

For this brief i have had to produce patterns based on Micro Macro World. We could pick 2 words from the following ... Earth, Mineral, Sky or Organic. I decided to look at Earth and Sky. For this pattern i looked at spring and used an image of blossom as my inspiration.

Quintessentially English... Silhouette Direction.

These are the silhouettes for my Quintessential brief, I have used different items and pictures from the Victorian era to create these silhouettes.

Quintessentially English... Colour Board.

After much deliberation this is my final Colour palette. The image I have chosen has been the most inspirational for the colours. I have played around with quite a few pictures and in the end decided the one picture is more appropriate.
